SuccessTeam360- Compensation Plan- Overview

I can provide a compensation plan to those that request it and sign a non disclosure agreement but for those who just want an overview, here are a few points that may make it all a bit clearer. This is NOT a definitive explanation of the compensation plan and is merely my understanding, up to the present time, Sunday April 11^th.

PHASE 1

• The Smartline is phase 1 of the compensation plan and is designed to reward those that make the decision to join earlier than others. Currently the names are locked into a straight line with EVERY person joining the company coming in AFTER you have joined.
• When you talk with a prospect it may be better to ask them if you can do them a favour and put them in and then tell them about it. By the time you have explained what you know in 5-10 minutes there may be 5, 10 or even 20 people already in their Smartline team.
• The timing of this program is VERY special. We found out about it BEFORE the prelaunch because of our relationship with Donna Valdes in Florida. As a result you are finding out about this before most of the rest of the world. There are currently a few more than 10,000 people who have joined worldwide. It is predicted by May15th that there will be 100,000. That means if you join NOW you will have 90,000 people in your Smartline. Not a bad downline in anyone’s language.
• A bonus pool will be produced with all sales and commissions will be paid out depending on how soon you committed to entering the Smartline. Don’t ask me the details on this as I do not know them.

PHASE 2

• Phase 2 is the binary part of the plan and is where most of the money will be paid out. It is designed to reward those that make the effort to build a second leg and share this new company with their friends and business contacts.
• You will need to personally sponsor people by sending out your www.lockyourspot.com/yourusername link with you own username following the /.
• You can phone them and put them in on your own computer (this is a mush better idea) and tell them they have until May15th to investigate the products, company, management, compensation plan, etc. before they have to put ANY money into the program at all.
• Placement is automatically determined by the computer to ensure you have most people placed in your weaker leg. There is no way we can tell how your  binary tree is structured until the company goes live and a back office becomes available after May 15^th.
• You will NOT have everyone from your Smartline ending up in your Binary team. The earlier you join, the greater the chance that the computer will place spillover in your team, so do not procrastinate. It could cost you a lot of money.
• The binary has a payout on volume of 2/3 to 1/3 and has various caps on what you can earn depending on how much work you do. The number of your personally enrolled product users, total business volume and volume balance will determine how much you earn. Confused? That’s OK as most people will be too. Just focus on getting the word out and good things will happen.
• Sponsor 2 and your income is capped at $100 per week. Sponsor 4 and your income is capped at $150 per week. Sponsor 6 and your income is capped at $200 per week. Sponsor 8 and your income is capped at $250 per week with option to grow depending on balance and volume.
• As leaders rise through your organisation (these could be placed in your team by upline or downline or by your) you will access to more commissions. These are too complex to share with you in this documents but needless to say you need to focus on having 8 personally sponsored product users and help people in your team that come to the surface as leaders. (Cream always rises to the top) At the highest level there is NO CAP on your income so if your goal is unlimited income then go for it.
• Your 8 personally sponsored can be in EITHER of you two legs. No balance requirements. This is a good thing. I know!
• Advancement bonuses are split with the sponsor. Advancement bonuses start at $200 when your personally sponsored person reaches 8 personally sponsored. You split that bonus 50/50 with them and there is no time limit. Additional advancement bonuses apply as you go up in the system and are offered with a generous time target. For instance, if you reach Silver 2 Star there is an Advancement bonus of $2,000 you will share 50/50 with your personally sponsored if you do it within 12 months. If you do not make the time frame the bonus is reduced by 50% and has no time limit. This is a great incentive to help your personally sponsored team members grow through the ranks. Each personally sponsored is worth $1 million in advancement bonuses and this is split 50/50. Go help a friend and earn money!
• Matching bonuses from 10%-100% are available in the program on your personally sponsored associates.
• The “Life Changing Bonus” is a very special bonus that you have to GIVE AWAY. A bonus of anywhere between $100- $5,000 is available that you will have to GIVE AWAY to someone in need. To do this you will need to film the event on a video flip device supplied by the company and you must submit this to the company. This is YOUR chance to feel good by giving money DIRECTLY to the needy.
• There is a car bonus.
• There are recognition rings
• There are trips you earn when you reach certain levels.

COST TO JOIN

• Levels of joining range from $69, $99, $199, $499 and $999. Details of what is in the packs etc. will be made available in due course. I have no idea at present, just like you. Don’t you love the intrigue?

TIMING

• This is a major reason why I am so interested in this “project”
• We know the Master Distributor, Donna Valdes, from previous network marketing relationships. She has 20 years experience in network marketing and left a significant income from another company to be involved with this new venture.
• We found out about this BEFORE it went into prelaunch.
• We joined within 30 minutes of the WORLD finding out about it being in Pre Launch.
• You are in a lucky position if you have already joined as it is expected that over 100,000 will join before the launch on May 15^th. These people will be in your Smartline.
• Luck is mostly a matter of being in the right place at the right time.

• Your Smartline positioning will provide you some commissions, but if you want a serious business income then you will need to sponsor a minimum of 8 people who join at the launch. If you sponsor MORE than 8, your chances of huge success are only increased.
• There are 34 days left before the launch on May 15^th.
